REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Attendance Requirement

  • Students must attend all sessions until the refund request date to be eligible for a refund. Proof of attendance, such as screenshots of the sessions, must be provided.

Refund Request Procedure

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the first 2 weeks of the course. All refund requests must be sent to 8089395229.

Refund Processing

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any processing fees, transaction fees provided during the course are non-refundable.

Course Material

  • Any course materials provided must be returned or destroyed upon receiving a refund.
  • Assignment Submission

  • Refunds will only be provided to students who have attended all sessions and submitted all assignments until the refund request date.
  • Discretionary Rights

    • We reserve the right to deny refunds to students who violate our code of conduct or terms of service.
